I know i read the forum post it's the Telecom Company
Here we have something called "The Ministry of communications" It Blocked Snapchat calling services Whatsapp Calling Services You can ONLY unlock these with VPN but it's so risky and dangerous to use VPN in saudi arabia.

Im in Saudi Arabia, its true that u cant use whatsapp calling or snapchat, but teamspeak works for me. Plus i got smacked with a wip 50 times for using VPN.
