TOPIC: I lost my vip and booster packs

My name is kyle black and my vip and 9 booster packs are all gone this happened after I got perm banned for advertising another server which was false handling and I was unbanned apparently it should have only been a mute and a talking too so my proof is my ts picture its me cropping my booster packs on my forums account I was the first Kyle Black but ingame after being unbanned I am now kyle black2 please help as I lost my money and time

I'm not sure how you would lose your VIP or Booster packs due to only three people being able to remove/add them and I know for a fact we haven't and it's also not a policy of ours to do that. What you need to do is use the contact forum and send proof of purchase be sure to use the email you purchased these with and we will look in to it.

Check your not logged in to the wrong account, check if you have them in game.

We've just checked into this for you and the good news is all your Booster Packs are active on your account. You have 2 ready to claim in-game, what you need to do is re-connect to the server and access the F4 Menu click the Donate tab and then click the button where it says you have 2 Booster Packs ready to be claimed. Your upgrades, cash and cases will then be applied. If you are not seeing your upgrades in-game it's usually because you're playing on a different Steam profile to the one you have linked to your ZARP account. Currently it's linked to steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198134726156 If this is not correct please let us know and we'll get it updated for you.

If you would like to purchase ZARP VIP, go to this page here zarpgaming.com/index.php/zarp-vip and then follow the instructions to checkout with PayPal. After the purchase simply rejoin the server and your upgrades will start working in-game automatically.

Yes thank you for finding that for me however, that is my old account which I have no access too this is do to family separation and it would be great if I can transfer that stuff to this new account sadly due to the email used there is my dads email and I have no access to it because my parents are separated sorry about this hopefully I can receive all that stuff back on this new account if not sorry to bother you also I had bought vip on that account already

Yes absolutely please let me know which Steam profile you want your Booster Pack upgrades to be transferred to and we'll get this done for you straight away.
If you have the ZARP VIP upgrade on another account and want it transferred to this one we can also do that for you. What you need to do is login to your other account and simply make a post requesting the transfer.
