TOPIC: Free VPN Setup (DDoS Protection,Latency reduction)

I can setup openvpn with any cipher suite or protocol (tcp or udp) on any port you like.
Requirements:
A vps/dedicated server from any host with debian 7 or 8 or ubuntu with any version doesn't matter, and your login info for the vps/dedi (you can change it after). Prices range from hosts and can go from anywhere from $3/m to $140+/m
Examples include: OVH, NFOservers,Psychz/Photon Vps, etc.


Recommendations:
Udp is better for latency/general speeds, For latency/protection I recommend picking up a nfoservers vds (virtual dedicated server) with a single core with 1gb of ram because openvpn doesn't take more than 40mb to run usually. ($9/m for a nfo vds)

Why is this better than a vpn "service"?:
#1 you are not limited in the vpn servers speed, just the speed of your internet. #2 DDoS protected vpn "services" typically cost alot (purevpn is like $115 a year with the addon) and are the exact same thing I can do here but will cost you alot less #3 I can disable logging (Not that this would save you on a vps anyway because it is hosted on someone elses machine) #4 I can teach you how to selectively "tunnel" your vpn traffic so you can disable it for certain sites or ips etc.

Other notes:
1. I can also setup openvpn on port 443 tcp in order to bypass content restrictions such as in a school.
2. This will only help if they don't already have your real ip

I've heard of at least 5 people suffering from ddos or ddos threats from players on the server
