How should a staff member know that using noclip to build without a building sign isn't allowed when he has been doing it for 4 years without being told jack shit about it?
Why shouldn't I share staff chat of a kid named anail_gaming crying while spectating me for no reason?

I see no problem in an admin using noclip to build , with or without a building sign as long as hes not abusing his powers , and to the admins that tend to spectate other admins , it not your job to keep admins in line Super & Head admins are here for a reason , spectate new mods "or mods with a bad background" & or rulebreakers.

It just seems bullshit to be allowed to noclip while building when you're not allowed to use your powers to RP in any way.
And randomly spectating fellow staffmembers is ridiculous and a lead team job, if they suspect the staffmember is abusing his powers.

Users can easily abuse the noclip feature.

Staff should not be spectating other staff, unless they belive that they are mass abusing right their and then,Other wise it should be reported to lead team,

as of building you need a building sign when no clipping to build, Its as simple as that.

take this for an example - I'm no clipping around my base and someone starts raiding, they see me flying around whilst I was trying to repair something in my base. They try to kill you so what are you supposed to do next? Fly away through the wall and continue the fight against the raider now that you know he's inside your base? It is abuse and gives an unfair advantage on role play, which is why you have to have a building sign to noclip to build something. If you don't like that then go make a suggestion, also have the decency to listen to lead team members too instead of having to go around and ask every member when two says you can't noclip without a building sign.

In the admin training they specifically say you can no clip with a building sign, If there isn't a building sign don't noclip.

Let me to clear something up here because I can already tell that as time as gone by there as been a lot of slight changes to this rule and its become a problem.

YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO NOCLIP TO BUILD YOUR WHOLE BASE you may use it to make minor tweaks to the corners. If I see someone noclipping the whole time while building a base I would remove their right to noclip. We give the little bit of noclip as a gift of becoming an ADMIN not so you can go and build a huge base quickly before someone tries to raid.

I will be making this clear to the lead team this week end during the meeting and It will be included on the outcome.

Building sign SHOULD be used because people could be mistaken for you abusing your powers which I don't want to hear about unless you really are.

Just chill out for now and we will get this all cleared up in the meeting. I won't lock the topic because people are allowed to talk about the issue in a civil manner.
