I have made a post like 2 years ago about my vip that got disable by some reason. I was admin on the server at that time, when i said that i had to leave the server for some time (because of my job) I lost my vip when i got back.
Now im finally back again after like 3 years i think, and still missing vip.. Hope you can help, a Superadmin was looking into it back then, but i was not there at the time so we never looked further into it.. AND Smallville helped me with that too, hope you can fix the issue, since i have used 20USD / 108 KRONER on a virtrual item i do not have anymore.

Hi SyStem, your current account has not been upgraded to ZARP VIP yet. What you need to do is click the "ZARP VIP" tab at the top of the site and then follow the instructions to purchase the upgrade for your account.

If you believe you have already purchased the upgrade on this account please email our team using the Help > Contact Us form and be sure to include a screenshot of the purchase receipt and we will be happy to investigate this for you.

Chuteuk, pall look. It's like 3-4 years ago that i bought VIP.. Since then i got a new pc, the bank account information is long gone after that long of a period. Its impossible for me to find.. But at that time i sent the screenshot to Smallville and a SA which i cant remember the name of right now.. Is there anything we can do? you need to remember that it might be just as hard if not harder for ChuteUk and go that far back and find a receipt maybe even harder.. I am sure if you go under ur e-mail and seach "Zarp" you would be able to find it!! Either way i hope this get sorted for you and welcome back!

Hi SyStem,

Don't worry your purchase receipt will be saved permanently on your PayPal account and will still be there even if you change to a new PC. On the PayPal site, go to your activity area and use the search tools to find the transaction and then take a screenshot of the purchase receipt. After you find the receipt please email our team using the Help > Contact Us form with the screenshot and we will investigate this for you.
