So yeah I didn't have a good day!
However my activity will probably be going up...

I was on base doing hand to hand combat training, for one of the exercises I was with a guy who isn't long back from Iraq, in the middle of training I knew something was wrong, he got really angry and fought like he'd forgotten it was training. He ended up getting me in a hold from behind, crushing me and breaking 4 of my ribs. He had to be pulled off me and restrained.

Hearing my ribs snap one at a time was horrible! So now I'm on 6 week leave

Unlucky Zarp, I'll be around more

One of the side effects from being in combat, situations like that can trigger you and make you think you're back in that combat situation fighting for your life.
