I feel you have wrong now beacsue still dosent metter if is a staff or not stadning on the road i can not be warned for it! so no needed to be warning me for that!

Looking over your proof from what I can see here he just says to be careful and watch where you're going. In his own judgement and actions, he feels a warning wasn't needed but said be careful as depending on the situation you may be warned next time.
