Suggestion Title:
Chaning the climate on the SV1 , because the mood sucks in it

How would it benefit the server:
actually adds something cool to the server , in which it becomes into a pretty nice experience to a role play server

Potential Issues/Exploits:
N/A (impossible)

Additional notes:
It comes to a place where Atmos can be used ... not only in events ..
