Today on s3 I handcannoned a base from a roof I propclimed there and paramontana took my handcannon and didn't refund me, is that allowed?

How can he take it from you?

You propclimbed up there. I could only guess he made you lose it / he punished you in another way.

Taking something I bought for 25m for propclimbed? Doesn't seem so fair.

If you propclimbed, i think it would be a good decision to slay you or make you loose your HC, you deserve it if you propclimbed to the roof so you could use it.
