My unpopular opinion.
Let's not start shit and call people out here. I can agree he is immature and doesn't know what's coming for him. You guys should realize that making post about people "trolling" and "shit posting/always unconstructively posting" isn't very mature either. I know age doesn't matter in this community but let's be real here, if you are 11-13 or just generally one of the younger members within the community you generally aren't expected to be as mature as the older ones in the community. He has been punished and told off for his actions etc. He knows what he is doing or has done wrong we don't need to take it further into new posts. He is generally immature and you guys don't look too much better posting about him in all these negative ways.

I bet 95% of you guys would flip your shit if you were him or in his situation seeing and reading this post, just ignore him. Everyone here most likely wants him to stop shit posting and being immature well there's steps you should take to actually get there and cage that.
Step One: If he's shit posting or making unconstructively posts or trolling, Ignore him and leave it for the staff to deal with.
Step Two: Watch as he gets less and less reactions and ets more and more punishments he slowly stops trolling and shit posting and realizes what he is doing wrong.

First off let's start by not posting more and more shit about him and let's agree that this post made it worse and if everyone just grows up and ignores him until he stops it would be so much better. Harry if you are reading this kick your ass in gear and stop, eventually you won't be liked by anyone and will be banned again or even permanent if you don't stop.
