TOPIC: Thank you Staff Team!

So as you can see by the title, I'd like to thank every single one of you guys who are in the Staff Team of Zarp Gaming. So basicly all this came on my head today when I was handling a f1 thinking damn some people do go through a hard time if they're staff. When ever we get cussed out to people trying to report us, Yeah it's all in our daily roles I should say. Now if it wasn't for each and every one of us, Zarp wouldn't be very much enjoyable with all of the rule breaks happening on it, Over the past few weeks I've noticed espcially on SSRP that we're getting a lot more requests to help out users as I think we're gaining our players again. So this part here, is all about everyone on every single server while it be TTT,Bhop,SSRP,Deathrun. Now before you question why I never added CS;GO 1V1 & Minigames as they're dead servers and they're little to no staff on it as it just doesn't get played.

So now it's time for the juicy part, I've decided to write each staff rank a summary of what you go through.

Head Admins
You all get messaged by staff team as well as players to deal with stuff to a daily basis. If it's not staff having a problem it's about players reporting staff who aren't doing there job correctly. You all take alot of stuff in and then either bringing stuff up to the Lead Team meeting like suggestions and what not.

Super Admins
You all get messaged by people who either can't speak to a Head Admin or just prefer you to bring it up instead, You all watch other staff to see if they're fine or have any problems, if anyone does have any problems then you'd be the first person to help them out and showing them the right and the wrong way on how to do things.

Admins:
We all are more hands on kind of role, Always on our feet and using our brain to work out situations, dealing with players who are in the wrong or just showing players how to enjoy the server and to respect the rules that have been supplied to them, If it's not people trying to say random stuff to us it's people just trying to cause as much hassle as they can before they get banned.

Moderators
Woo Hoo!, You just got staff and you're new to the bunch. You're more of a hands on person and reporting back to admins and above if you have any questions or you're stuck on how to do something. You get to do many different situations every single day and at the end of your day you need to know that all they people you've helped, will be happy that they can have fun using our services.

So yeah lads, If you all think that you're trying your hardest and you think nobody's noticed, Then you're wrong lad! I notice that more staff are helping out people and showing them the right and the wrong, So take this 1 minute out of our busy time and give yourself a pat on the back!
