TOPIC: Help pls xD

Cant sleep any tips how to? I know i have to close my eyes but ive done that in 4 hrs, so any tips how i sleep?

Weird have you play games lots ? i havent sleep like you before thinhks you should drink something then go to sleep again

Watch random videos on ur phone for 5 hours like me or just turn ur phone

Turn off anything that projects light.

Or just listen to music on low volume? With earphones?

Just don't sit and play computer much.Try to do things that will make you tired, I am sure you will sleep very easyly.

i have had sleeping problems for a really long time, but for the past few weeks i listened to asmr with headphones on, even after drinking coffee it makes me sleepy af

hope it helps i hate not being able to sleep
