Hey there judge , just keep in mind that these people refunding you are doing it out of their own pocket and the server does not give you refunds for rule breaks . I am saying this because everytime if you ask for a refund and you lost the item due to a rule break the players might not be as generous as today so appreciate what they are willing to give you now.
