Because it's not immediately ban-worthy anymore. The issue is that it's still against TOU, however that isn't stated anywhere. Not just that, there are some forum staff that do still ban for it even in first offenses.

I actually wanted to remake that post if I ever got CM lmao, but if anyone can deal with this now that would be great. It's kind of stupid that we punish for something that isn't stated anywhere.

These spam posts are quite clearly deliberate misuse of the forums and the continued posting on them is not constructive and if anything make the thread stand out more, if you wish to reply to them go ahead but be prepared to face the consequences.

The reason why we ban people is because of how the forums work when we ban these accounts, when we delete their posts in the ban menu it doesn't actually delete the topic IF someone has replied to it thus making it more difficult to get rid of the spam if people are just going to reply to them.

So it is still a TOU break if you reply to these, EMP said it is so you will end up facing the consequences.
