OK Let me ask you,
Do you guys actually think that everybody does there job on the Zarp servers?
Do you think there are many people who actually help the community?

As I know of some people to help but later on, they don't they just forget about the server and the people who have been with this community. Some Moderators just Stay on the servers and don't do anything.
why is that?
The staff of Zarp, don't you think there is a lot of staff members????
Shouldn't you guys Like demote some people who actually don't interact with the people of the Zarp Community?

Suggesting that there should be a mod Limit and Admin Limit

Ps... I'm Shit at English but knows a lot Been member since 2014

i agree with the core of this, but disagree with demoting people who don't interact with the community, as I feel that this is not needed from the moderating/administrative team

The server has always had staff who slack, that's what happens when there's a large community like this.
Just recently in 2016 and 2017 the staff team has been slacking a lot. There have been numerous problems with staff not doing F1s, abusing, and just ruining the reputation ZARP'S staff once had.

I'm not saying all staff are bad, personally I think there are a lot of good stuff members but most of them aren't in a position where they can make a significant change to the team. Sadly I don't think ZARP is going uphill any time soon, especially with the current rate of staff not doing F1s and finding it funny to TP the entire server once a month.
