Kinda confused as to why this was moved to drama hole. Sure it caused arguments but this just Clarky giving his opinion, no need for it to be moved.

You may have seen from this post here that Xnator has an interesting perspective of people once they leave. He thinks that he can say anything about them and think that it is okay. Here some proof of that. (This isn't all of it I cannot give some of it out due to it leaking some information)


While this is being said the people that get accepted into the community are largely dominated by one voice within meetings and this is becoming VERY obvious that SOMEONE is taking over everyone and taking things to a be level within meetings and nobody is talking back to the people that are doing this. While trying not to break NDA people are very much sheep and need to understand they need to talk up and voice their opinion and not just agree with the top people.

The whole "democratic" part of ZARP doesn't work if nobody wants to voice their opinion and everyone is okay with rolling over to one person opinion. Which is obviously what is happening here.

This doesn't stop at a community level and WAS happening within the CM team, which is one of the main reasons for me leaving the toll it had on my mental health after being shit talked behind my back constantly was fucking crazy. With Clarky and I not being their now I can only assume this has gone whole tits up and has thrown all balance out of the question.
