Why do you raise and lower the interest for each person. I'd suggest to have a fixed amount for everyone. If theres a specifc reason for changing it I'd atleast suggest to have fixed amounts for different ranges of loans. 0-100 > 5% 100-200 > 10% and so on. Some of these interest rates are a bit over the top. Just a personal opinion.
