TOPIC: Pegasus Bank [Loans & Investments]

This seems like a pretty awesome thing and I honestly appreciate someone adds this kind of thing to the experience of the server, but I'ma little skeptical and possibly you could clear that up for me.. I want to add I'm not trying to be an ass or anything I just want to like fully understand this is all.

1. I feel like a permaban is too far if the person is ACTUALLY(keyword) attempting making the money to repay you but can't happen to pay it back in time. For example, so they keep trying to base but get keep getting raided so they keep losing more money than they're making, you would punish them for that?

2. How would this work for people who aren't able to play all the time?
Like even though it's summer, I work 40+ hours a week and don't always have time to sit on and farm like most people do, and I'm on call for crisis emergencies at work so if a patient has a meltdown or something I get called in no matter the time of day or night.
