with the bcat report linked because I said "shut up" because I felt offended that he was talking about my mother and it being called "disrespect" even though I asked him in the way the most appropriate without being insulting "shut up", so I don't understand why it's called an insult when it's basic, but what I disapprove of is the "continuous harassment" when I just said to bcat shut up in what context I harassed him or something else I added context in which complements what I was saying so why am I being adjusted for a shut up that was taken and intensified for nothing?
and then the response from Oven who said that I was harassing the players etc and that I was disrespectful how dare you say bad things to me just because of a shut up how to make it a global thing when it's just the case of bcat in no case I have insulted or harassed people because in fact it is quite the opposite with my mother and everything around me so I do not understand with what proof we can say that it is the opposite just because of saying "shut up" for bcat
while the only proof we see is "shut up" without the background context which already does not show the justification of this action because who sows the wind reaps the storm so dare to tell me that bcat is not not blameless for having that "shut up"

here is proof of how the context unfolded with no harassment or anything so if I had not said to bcat "shut up" which is already not an insult in itself there would not have been this intensification, I don't see how saying shut up would create an accumulation of things when previously I have not witnessed seriously insulting a person or harassing someone, that is not just anyone's perception if it This is the case who abuses it and who does everything to make this seem like a drama like the reporting of bcat for a "shut up" when it is very insulting and moreover has said many times rude things towards me

if now "shut up" becomes a very vulgar word such as a person asking to end these days and that speaking or saying things now is harassment and that even if the person has no attention to insult even if they never directly wanted to do it but it's considered harassment etc. it's just nonsense

now so much that it becomes oppressive I will not even be able to speak in the chat, and if someone come talk to me to get me drunk well I would just have to report him for harassment and then that's if that's how it works since I was warned for that

sinz you've told me multiple times that "shut up" breaks 1.2, weird how it seems like that you don't consider it 1.2 when you do it, only when others tell you to shut up.

Had it been anyone else appealing a warn for saying shut up I'd plussp it, but since you advocate for it breaking 1.2 so much then it's only right for you to be warned for it.

there are two meanings of "shut up" in French
the first is "tait toi" which means shut up and the second "ta gueule" which also means sht up it's two ways of using it in a context depending on how it is interpreted example "tait toi" maybe use in a familiar context which does not necessarily arouse hatred or anything else while "ta gueule" is a crude language which wants to arouse insult depending on how it is used and its context for my part I have not been vulgar in the suggestion and my passivity was calm so in no case would I have used "ta gueule" to insult you but rather ask you to simply shut up so "tait toi"

while people indirectly or directly insult me and make hate speeches about me it looks less like what I do

After discussing your appeal with oven, I've decided to accept it. Since the punishment request that lead to your warning didn't actually contain any substantial evidence of harassment, I've taken a look at the logs from the situation that was reported. As far as I can tell, you did not harass anyone in this situation beyond telling someone to "shut up" in OOC in response to a weird question, which hardly warrants a warning. I'll remove the punishment from your rapsheet shortly.
