Welcome to the community, I also found zarp thanks to StookiTV and I am currently one of his mods and he has me as a mod manager so I am glad to see people coming in from his stream.
If you need to talk to staff and the ones you have on steam are afk or offline or you just want to talk to people just join zarp's ts at ts.ZarpGaming.com
