Might be hard for him. Can tell he got a high sensivity. Also Cs:go bhop servers are terrible. The bhop is buggy, and comp servers it dosent really matter since there is a velocity limit at 280 i believe. It is possible to get over it. Whenever I bhop in CS GO when you land it has a slight delay, does this happen for you aswell?

If you go to fast then yeah.
