So I've been wanting to join SSRP for a while now, and I have installed all content needed for it- however whenever I try to join I either get disconnected or this happens (check top right):

Server 2

Edit:
With the help of clarky, cameron and para I have been able to fix this issue!
Firstly: I went to properties > Local files > then I validated integrity of game files > waited for that to finish and loaded gmod.
Then: I went into console (f10) and pasted these commands all seperate; cl_cmdrate "64" , cl_updaterate "64" , rate "128000" net_maxroutable "1000" , cl_interp_ratio "2"
Then these if those don't work: cl_cmdrate "53" , cl_updaterate "53" , rate "128000" , net_maxroutable "1200" , cl_interp_ratio "2"
