Can someone please take care of these refund requests?

At the moment I think Para is the one who handles them - I can poke him on TS to let him know if you want

They are handled in bundles as said by Para, so please be patient!

CMs only. As said multiple times, Para usually does them in batches. It takes some time to get get all the relevant logs and investigate each request. It can be frustrating having to wait so long, but it is a ton of work for what is usually only one person that does them.

Maybe they have a lot of work to handle before they can get to refund request, I wouldn't know, though..

I already told you this yesterday, and even sometime before then - just be patient. Para is more busy then you might think. However, if or when anyone speaks to him they'll surely let him now people are still waiting for their refund requests from a month ago to be handled.
