Hello! I have multiple questions regarding the meeting rules, which I will state here. If someone could provide an answer then that'd be great.
The outcome of the poll must be based on as the poll results appear. An attendee who is unable to vote on the poll or who says they voted for the wrong option cannot be counted or de-counted from the outcome.
What do they mean with "counted or de-counted" in the case of an attendee who voted the wrong option? It can't mean that his vote no longer counts but it also can't mean that his vote does count - as "counted or de-counted" literally suggests both.
An application may be skipped if there is no identifiable information whatsoever.
What do they mean with "no identifiable information whatsoever? Do you mean the people that do not follow the template and literally say nothing besides "make me moderator"?
The Community Team meeting cannot take place unless 3 eligible members or 50% of the entire community team is in attendance whichever is higher, or 50% when there are less than 3 members of the Community Team.
Less than 3 is 2. 50% of 2 is 1.
Does this mean that if we would have only two Lead Team members (say, for example, only Chute and EMP) that Chute could do the meeting all on his own?
Meeting training
This section outlines the Meeting training process which must be undertaken by any new server owner or any eligible member who wishes to host a meeting.
This training can take place by any other eligible meeting host who has also completed the meeting training.
- The trainee must be introduced to the Meeting Rules; in particular, the sections relevant to hosting their particular meeting.
- The trainee must be given the PowerPoint template and be introduced to the rules regarding the presentation layout.
- The trainee must be made aware of the voting systems and policies regarding vote items in the meeting.
A server owner or otherwise may not host a meeting if their meeting training has not yet been completed.
I was not given the presentation layout or introduced to its rules - does this mean my meeting host training is considered invalid? (note that I was told I'd get the template if I'd ever be allowed to host a meeting)
Sorry for the long post. If anyone could answer these questions that would be great.
Thank you for reading! Love you <3
(Note: I also found a few
mistakes)
