I don't think "Mod Transfer" is possible.

Why waste the time of everyone when u can still use ur current one? Also its not zarps policy to transfer vip from 1 account to other (i think).

I think it's possible to transfer your VIP from your old account to your new one, but I don't know about your rank.

VIP is possible! I don't know if it is possible with the rank.

I 100% know they will transfer the VIP, not sure about Moderator due to your forum account may be hacked and then giving another user your powers which couldn't be you.

I think you should conntact them via the option on the website. A forum post probably won't help!
