ZARP Teamspeak & Server Issues.

Hey everyone, as you know I've been having connection problems for the past several 6-9 hours.
This all started after Section was banned from the teamspeak, I'm not saying he is doing this, I'm merely giving the story out.
After he was banned, I started having connection issues on the teamspeak.
It was time out, after time out, and eventually I just gave up on teamspeak.
5 hours later, I get on Dark RP, and nothing is lagging, my ping is normal, (around 50)
But then after around 45 seconds in game, my ping began to rise to nearly 1000.
I can upload, download, and watch videos, I can surf the web, but I can't play any games I own , or get on the teamspeak server. Note, I'm the only one with the connection issue on the server, everyone else was under 200. I look around me at spawn, and nobody is lagging. I can see movements perfectly, but when I move I receive a lot of studdering. and I can't move.
Xhantium suggested I get Commview, so I did, and I only have around 4000 packets going in, and around 2000 out. I've asked other people as well, Dcx suggested I call my Internet Provider. I have 2 other family members in the house I live in, that are having no issues. My brother is playing on the Deathrun server, and my Dad is playing League of Legends. And yeah, He play's league. I've not downloaded anything the past week or two that would give me this type of issue, and I'm not quite sure what is going on, so as a last resort I am posting in the Help Section of the forums. I have a video of my POV on the Dark RP server, and a image of my speednet connection.

I did also see your ping, nearly 700 towards the begining. I didn't see the Connection Problems text, but I know what you're talking about; also about the stuttering, looked like:

Ever downloaded some dodgy files from anyone? Might want to do a virus scan because if everyone else is online I wouldn't think it was a problem with your internet. Unless you use a wifi card and it is killing itself?
