You can make a server stay on your favorites by putting a domain that is pointing to the server as the IP instead:
By going to Steam -> View -> Servers -> Favorites, and right-click the window -> Add Server by IP.
In the pop-up you can put "play.zarpgaming.com:27040" instead of the IP (205.178.182.220:27040), and it should resolve the server IP automatically for you.
Should the server change IP again then you will not need to re-add it to your favorites list. Assuming the domain stays online and doesn't get changed.

DarkRP 1:	darkrp.zarpgaming.com:27015
TTT:	play.zarpgaming.com:27017
BHOP:	play.zarpgaming.com:27019
Deathrun:	play.zarpgaming.com:27035
SURF:	play.zarpgaming.com:27030
Prop Hunt:	play.zarpgaming.com:27040
Sandbox:	play.zarpgaming.com:27045
