Granted, my game was lagging considerably at the time, but I feel like this might be wrong... Not really sure if I can even make a refund request for something like this. The server determines the item(s) you get from a case as soon as you open it. The actual case "animation" is a separate thing that only happens on your client based on the item that the server has added to your inventory. Due to some funky math stuff the animation can be off in rare occasions. This has no effects on your actual odds or the items you will receive. Due to the clientside nature of this issue you will most likely not be refunded.

Your game must have been lagging very heavily indeed as I've never seen this animation go wrong ever before haha. Whilst we can't refund you as any number of things can go wrong on the clientside and do in pretty much any game out there, the server gave you the correct item.
