I have lost access to my account, I have made this account to make this post in hopes you will see it and help me out. A previous issue where I could not receive any Zarp emails has lead me to a point where I no longer have access to my account. I used the password reset, got logged out and then told I would receive the email showing me my new password, unfortunately I cannot receive this email because the email linked with my account is the email that has been removed from the Zarp mailing list, so I am stuck unable to log in to my account. I don't know how you could help me here but if there is any way you can get my email placed back onto the Zarp mailing list, or a way you can help me to recover my account and password, it would be massively appreciated. I have been stressing for a few days now as I cannot log into my account therefore I can't handle any report abuses, appeals or make a single post. The only other option is to make another account which I really don't want to do. Also, I was just about to purchase Zarp VIP so that will be the first thing I do when I get my account back. I have been trying to contact you for a few days, this was my last resort.

What’s weird is that even now I’ve made this account with a different email, I am still not receiving any emails to this one, I really don’t know anymore

My alt account used gmail and received emails fine but I’ll try an iCloud email and see what’s up but other than that I suggest getting in TS and speaking with EMP or CHUTE when their around and maybe confirming some stuff on your account so maybe they can help you out.

If I can confirm my ownership to the account, would I be able to recover access to it?

So I’ve created an outlook email and connected it to my account, still not receiving any emails from the ZARP Mailing address, I don’t see what else could be the issue? Apart from it being to do with my ZARP account not the email provider, but this has happened to two of my accounts. My IP address? But I use two different IP’s because I stay at two houses regularly and that would mean both are blocking it. I really don’t know

I added This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to the safe senders list on my outlook account, which claims "Email from addresses or domain names on your Safe Senders List will never be treated as junk mail." But I still am not receiving emails, all this testing I have done has confirmed that it isn't anything to do with the email providers but to do with my Zarp account or the Zarp mailing list

So got my account back, registered my new email to it and I’ve checked and unfortunately still not receiving emails
