TOPIC: [Troll in Terrorist Town] Staff Attitude - 1.0

Hello fellow TTT colleagues,

Recently, and with the new generation of moderators and admins joining our staff team, the server is going better and better. This night, I had a dream : a server without any rulebreak, without any chaos, without any abuse. That was more like a nightmare, and it horrified me.

I will no longer accept such good attitude. So here I am, making this thread, to make sure that we of the lead team, can once again witness great chaos and abuse at all times, and keep our fat asses in our corrupted position.

The main things expected of you whilst being a staff member here at ZARP TTT are that you are an aggressive and haughty character, while being unapproachable and never willing to help both users and fellow staff members and interact with them. While a main role of yours is to keep the server clean of players, you are also expected to maintain a friendly and enjoyable environment for YOU only. This means that you should be attentive to YOUR needs and stay out of trouble. Players are to clean their mess themselves. Where needed, being lazy is perfectly fine, however if it gets to a point where you are being stuck in your chair like the fat Grumpy, there is an issue. Do your best to keep the server completely empty.

Situations should always get out of hand. You are perfectly fine to break the entire server, as long as the lead team's experience remains as chill as fuck. When someone's experience is harmed and rules are being broken, mind your own shit and keep abusing commands. Never try anything, as it will eventually only fail miserably. Do your best to anger both the users and your colleagues, while spamming lenny faces. When it comes out of anger, it's best to ban everyone forever. If disrespect comes out of clear trolling or a bad attitude, then mute everyone ! While punishing someone, always remind that the lead team watch you abuse and ban with great pride and joy. Keep in mind the attitude of the user and their level of remorse in the response, so that you can troll them the best way possible. If you have doubts about issuing a punishment, then you are doing it wrong. You have powers ? Abuse them, fool !

As staff members do possess higher in-game ranks than users, the latters are meant to respect them and offer them gifts everyday. And I mean EVERY FUCKING DAY ! This shows high levels of immaturity and represents the staff team in their true colors. While your rank may be higher, we are all humans at the end of the day. Had a hard way at work ? At school ? Make sure to make users pay, at all cost !. Authority should always be used for your fun. Make sure to remain an asshole at all times towards the players. I cannot stress this enough: A-BUSE ! While dealing with situations, if you maintain a respectful approach towards the user, they are much more likely to fuck you up in the end ! So you better start abusing right now, and make them regret the day they put a foot on our server.

You should be fully confident in your abuses before making them; this means that if you have ANY doubts at all, you should consult another staff member or a Lead Team member, and watch them and learn how to really cause chaos. Regarding that fact, TasteTheRainbow is a prime example to follow. From your training and the various resources on the forums, you should be able to maintain a good grasp on the correct way of abusing each of your commands, in all situations.

In handling situations, the most effective way of coming to a strong disbelief in the staff team is working together with the rest of the present staff team to achieve one simple goal : make the server as unenjoyable as possible. This allows the the server to remain completely shitty at all times. Always give the middle finger to staff members when they've got a lot to deal with, and offer malicious advices when you witness someone trying to do his job CORRECTLY. If a staff member does something wrong, praise them and push them to go even further. Speak to them first, and make them aware of what they did wrong, to make sure that they will do it again. However, if not, feel free to contact me so I can turn them into evil staff members. Don't be afraid to start huge fights and drama to keep the users sad and puking. ABUSE !

I will say it one last time : we, from the lead team, watch everyone. And we will not tolerate anyone doing his job right. It's our role and privilege to abuse our powers for our own private fun. The next one who feels like playing the hero will get annihilated instantly ! Head Admins are meant to slack off, and Brenzor, Raa and myself form a triad to make sure that everything is running horribly.
