TOPIC: Thinking of resigning

Well I might resign on TTT since I've made so much mistakes and all the staff do is moan at me all the time :/

Instead of making posts like these that won't do you any good, ask for feedback, for staff to help you, etc... Learn from your mistakes and improve.

You're a good guy, Gody, and you try your best. You make mistakes, which nobody blames you for. Everyone makes mistakes, I made plenty myself when I was mod.

You'll learn of those mistakes and not make them again. You're not in trouble for the mistakes you made, and anyone that tells you otherwise doesn't know what their talking about.

You're a great staff. Good luck.

I can't handle making one fucking mistake and getting a talking to so I'm clearly not stable enough to be staff.

If you are making mistakes then you can simply try talk to a higher rank than you or myself as I am a Ex-TTT HA. You shouldn't resign over the mistakes you are making, instead try and better yourself by improving and talk to people who have more experience than you. The staff who moan at you as you claim are no good for trying to help you so don't let them bring you down.

Being a staff Is horrible. You help out the server and in return, users take a piss on you. No wonder staff members abuse

You should have most of the TTT staff on steam (I know that you have me) (you have me now xD) so you can easily just message one of us if you are unsure about anything. I don't want you to resign due to making mistakes as everyone makes them.

The staff members should not be "moaning" at you either, they should be helping you as you are new to staffing. Message me on steam if this continues

Although I'm not fully supportive I don't think u should resign lad everyone does make mistakes and as many have prob said the best thing to do is listen to others and learn and gain more experience to do it effectively but honestly u worked hard to get staff why resign over small mistakes

Everyone makes mistakes, i once banned the wrong user and he apparently had a gold plated printer x3 down almost a year ago. So it was worth a lot more back then when money had a higher value

Gody you are indeed a great person that is mature and nice.

But sometimes you lose your cool and get mad or disrespectful about something which you need to work on. but you are a great person and everyone makes mistakes you learn from them!
