My thoughts

(First i haven't resigned yet just saying-this is not a resignation)
As i could see a lot of people start resigning from Zarp TTT and i start thinking that i will do the same too.

Some other resignations...and one unfair demotion

At first i am sad because of Dr.House and Nina's resignations.But the worst thing was that Vodka4Gaben was demoted unfairly.He didn't have time to get his time and he wanted to keep his privacy and probably that's why he have lied about his excursion or vacation.So i hope you understand me.

The staff member at all

There are many staff members (worthy and unworthy)...I hope the unworthy ones improve themselves and the worthy members keep it up.

Some stupid suggestions

I think the suggestion about the flare gun for the detective and the dropping of the defibrillator were really confusing and stupid.

I hope you guys understood me...

This is just incorrect. We had many reasons to demote Vodka4Gaben which went beyond keeping his personal life private. He lied countless times, and was caught playing other games on steam while on inactivity, causing him to change his story multiple times. I wont go into detail about it as I think Xnator and CeeZee covered things fairly well, and you can read their posts yourself here.

If you have a complaint about a staff member, either due to their perfomance, activity, attitude, or generally any issue with them, you can always approach a lead team member or CM about it. Complaining about it in this manner will get nothing done and will only lead to more problems if issues with the staff team aren't dealt with quickly. Simply stating "I hope the unworthy ones improve themselves" is way too broad and will lead to no actual solutions.

Both of these suggestions were discussed appropriately within the Lead Team, and we felt they would be beneficial to the server. The defibrillator was in a tough spot, so we decided to nerf it a bit. Now detectives can get rid of traitors bodies to prevent the defibrillator from being used. Dropping the defibrillator is no longer allowed, as an innocent/detective who dies can be defibbed and potentially ghost with knowledge he has gained from being dead. This was a serious issue and should not be in the game mode at all, therefore our conclusion was to no longer allow it to be dropped, and it was suggested on the forums as well.

i think vodka excessively lied and should have just said he preferred to keep stuff private. I'm gonna lock this topic as requested however I'd just like to re-iterate that you should always feel welcome to approach the lead team or the Community Management team about issues you have with the staff team - please always consider trying this first before you resign.
