Suggestion Title (What are you Suggesting): Adding the map Surf_Drift.

How / why would it benefit the Surf server: Its a hard but fun map, that i love to play late at night while im stoned, when theres no activity on the server.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Idk

Additional notes: I distinctly remember playing this map on this server, have no idea why it was removed.
