TOPIC: Unreasonable rule

I was playing death run on the Mario map and I strafe jumped around the green tubes that the flowers come out of. I was then warned for ''Trap avoiding'' by zuramac. However, i don't think this rule is reasonable AT ALL. IF somebody can counter me on what im about to say then I will apologize. THE POINT OF THE GAME IS TO TRAP AVOID. That's what you do from start to finish. You win by avoiding all traps that are triggered by the deaths. I stated this point to zuramac and he said it was an exploit -_-. If it was stated in the rules specifically that strafing around the green tube was an exploit then I would be perfectly happy about accepting my warn. I also stated this to him and he countered saying that he said it in chat. Im sorry but I was bhopping around and concentrating. I cant stare at chat also. This is SO unreasonable. I told him this so and he went on to ignore me -_-. Again I will apologize if I am countered reasonably.

The jumping around the green tubes is considered exploiting now. I asked Morgan over this dispute and he only find out recently as well.

but it is not stated in the rules that all of a sudden its considered as an exploit. Im not let in on this information.

Even I didn't know about this and I've done it numerous times with many other players, users and staff up to 1 year of my Deathrun career.

i understand its an exploit but u cant just assume that everybody just knows what u decide in ure meetings. I if it is in the rules thats the specific strafe is now stated as an exploit then thats ok but its not.

there was no verbal warning so can i have my warn taken away.

This is bullshit, the old staff were great man. Super carla and king of saiyans brilliant. But now zarp are just recruiting these foreign no mic fucks man. Pissing me off seeing such a well done serve go to shit because of some no minded staff. approx 2/3 staff have no mics that go on the server often.

2) No need to express hate on the staff team, as causing trouble,not tasteful and uncivil is against TOU
3) I don't want to seem as I'm hating on this Zarumac guy who I don't know and never communicated with to my knowledge (Except that post on his application), but his recent application which got accepted is an April Fool's joke. It seems as though you don't need to really follow the template.

I'm going off this taboo subject now - the rule isn't stupid as exploiting was always here but in the recent days it seems to have been tightened and more strict with the meaning.

As promised, Decay. Here is the proof and the screenshots were taken a bit later than when the exploit happened. These screenshots show the fact that I DID gave a verbal warning, but you chose to ignore it.

Maybe if you weren't stupid enough to disobey an Administrator's commands, then you wouldn't be in the position of being anal about your warning. Jumping around the pipes on Mario is now considered exploit due to it giving the runners an unfair advantage over the deaths, it may sound silly that it comes under exploit, and the rule will be edited soon. This does NOT give you the right to loophole your way around the Admin's words because it's "not in the rules". You should always listen to an Admin, and if you really think he's wrong then contact a lead team member.

Before bashing on the entire staff team and making yourself look stupid, consider what the Admin has said.
