TOPIC: If You are SSRP Staff Just Read This Please...

So recently I've been told by Chummy that we have roughly around 85 staff members, this isn't including the Lead Team bare in mind this number is also not 100% accurate I've just taken a look at the staff list and counted it, it's looking pretty out dated I don't even think I am on it...

Onto my main point, It's recently been really obvious that some staff member despite being given multiple warnings this 20 F1's a week thing was coming up are clearly still feeling the need to not do them by using any excuse they can, this is a joke...

I just generally wanted to explain that 20 F1's is NOT a lot, all you have to do is just do 5 a day for 4 days and if you want to stop then stop, you're forgetting how small a number that is, it takes you about 20 minutes to maybe do 10? So why not take 15 minutes out of the 12+ hours you spend awake to do them?

I understand wanting to play the server not having to do reports so why not do what I do? I play the day after they're reset and do as many as I can, so about 10+ F1's, then do the other 10 the next day, then I'm done for the week but I choose to carry on and do them throughout the week.

If 85 staff members did 20 F1's in a week that would be 1700 F1's done, I don't know what the average ammount of F1's made a week is, but there's no way it's above 1700.

I understand physically not being able to get on for a week, but some players sit on the server every day for 3+ hours and ignore them completely.

So if you're reading this why not just do 5 F1's a day? Remember: 5 a day keeps the EMP away.

5 a day when there is 10 per 6 minutes seems good

tbh if you cba to do 20 a week, why tf are you even staff.

5 can be done in such a small amount of time

2 minutes on server 3 and you have a weeks worth of f1's done!

I understand what you mean here bud but one thing really, no one said 20 is or was a thing for now it is only a rough guide line and people who do it now and then will be looked over yes, but if they constantly get to 20 then stop it is obvious that they aren't doing as much as they can do and the lead team will take over. it isn't that our staff team is doing nothing.
But then on the other hand i do understand what you mean being the only staff member on handling 10+ active F1's by yourself when their are clearly staff on is a task and a half but just call them out to a lead team member.
