Alright clearly some things are being said that aren't true here. Let me clear this up.

You said that there were mutants with min-guns 2.0 and juggs. There weren't, it was just me and columbine with those as gangsters not mutants.

Also you said that you can't kill mutants if they are in the tunnels without them attacking you. You can along as they are interacting with you/my base or even past the kos signs which there were multiple of.

Don't know what you mean by blocking with signs, you will have to ask tamaninja about that as I was Inside my base but I'm pretty sure the text screen was placed down before we started the nuke and in a placement that you would expect to see one.

Also we did not force anyone to go mutant. It is their choice. We did not bribe them. All we said was "Go mutant for a rebellion". It is almost the exact same if you wish to raid the bank and there aren't enough cops so you say "Go cop for a better city".

I don't think this is a loop hole, but the rule on killing mutants if they are in a tunnel could do with looking over. Also we have previously nuked in this base before while Aceinsidious and other lead team members raided us and have never mentioned once to us that this could be loopholing so this is the first time this has been said.
