Why is there allowed nukes in the tunnels ? Azgeda just nuked, they had like 5 people go mutant, as the rules state you can't kill the mutants unless they attack you first in tunnels and nlr doesnt apply, therefore they just keeping coming back body blocking and killling you, while they have juggs and mini 2's in the back spraying you down, seems to me as a big loophole to get around the rule, fred wroolie and tamaninja think its okay to abuse this rule, and loophole it, i cant bring it up in game because i get called salty because i call them out on loopholing.

Mutant
Raid/Mug: Can raid underground bases, no mugging.
Print: No.
- Can build outdoors/above ground.
- Can use keypads.
- Can only use melee weapons.
- NLR does not apply to the warehouse and PD district but still applies to all other districts.
- Mutants shouldn't kill each other.
- Mutants and Hobo are at war and can kill each other anywhere on the map.(Don't Spawn camp)
-Mutants can NOT wear ANY outfits or suit.
-Mutants can not kill in Government buildings.

If what your saying was true with the mini 2's and jug's then someone technically could have froze them and if not being removed could have slayed them. I don't agree to this being a thing tbh as it is very loophole frenzy. I can further look into the rules to really determine why this is allowed but for right now it is if i'm not stupid but i will just go check the rules.

EDIT: The rule is very vague due to the mutant job being allowed to raid underground bases and the nuke rule saying "7.0 Active Nuke

7.1 Any job that is allowed to raid can also raid the Nuke"

So technically speaking this is allowed however i believe it should be changed due to having an unfair advantage for the raiding side.Just my opinion.

Blocking with textscreens.... Isn't that rebuilding during Nuke raid?

7.5 No Rebuilding during a nuke raid - The Raid is always active for police.
