There is no need for calling out anyone like this. This is a mistake from him, And will probably be cleared up. I Don't see why this post is nessecary at all.

Should be retrained regardless of what happened, all staff are taught to use steam ID's on SSRP, why can't they follow something so simple? Is it that they're too lazy or just not taught to do so?
