When will this poll end...ele bases are better than everyone AFK mining. I miss the days of entering the base and getting 10 fps because like 4 gangs are basing.

I think the elevator bases are over-estimated by some people, by that I mean people say it is just too hard to raid, but it's different when they're actually basing there. It can cause many arguments but what I don't get is why they removed them. It's pathetic because on S2 with the parking lot bases I thought there was a rule that stated about building on world entities?

But no... I see staff doing this all the time... Which makes some of the bases OP asf. So if this can still be broken by staff they may aswell bring elevator bases back. There was no harm.

We should re-allow elevator bases because of the current state of elevator bases, the last time I heard of a base it got raided 3 times within 2 hours, nobody placed specials down in that base other than 1 person.
In my opinion we should re-allow elevator bases because they ARE raid able if you have the skills to do it.
It is quite easy, I know most of you are in-active so you didn't experience the large amount of raids that I have done, it's not that hard if you think about it.
What you have to do is explode the front props by sending up thermal detonators or c4's, or both, then what you do is you have 1 person on top of the elevator emp the doors, tgun the tgunners and jump down and then the 2 people inside rush with m202's and kill everyone left in the base, it's not hard, and no suit or weapon over 7mil required. Basing is dead, hence why gpp's dropped down 20mil in price and iridium's 10mil. This is a not a good thing since it's clear evidence that basing has died out, we need to revive it by removing the elevator rule and adding elevator's back, at the moment server 1 is a coinflip role-play server, where people make mass amounts of profit or mass amounts of loss, and server 2 is mining server, and server 3 is an occasional suburbs 4 man base with a couple of normals/vips.
We need to change s3 back to it's prime, where it has over 50 people, split into nexus and infront of spawn, massive bases.
Now your argument may be that elevator basing is unskilled and too easy, it's really not. You need to pay constant attention to a damned elevator, everybody gets bored after a while, tabs out or does something along these lines where a noob with an ak47 can lockpick his way in and kill everybody.
There is no good counter argument as to why we should NOT add elevator bases back, it seems fair to me, not even a suit is needed if the raid is played well.

I would also like to point out that this suggestion has more yes votes than the previous one made to remove the elevator bases and far less no votes.
