Hello and thank you for going out of your way to either criticise my way of handling F1's or possibly give me positive feedback. Either is appreciated greatly so i can either improve my ways or carry on doing what i try to do to my best ability.
I would appreciate it if you could follow the Structures as followed or carry out your own structure that tells me what i did wrong and what i should of done:

Well i do actually do f1's maybe i just don't have the chance to do yours. Sorry if i you feel i don't do f1's.

What I Had to deal With: Removing prop in my base
How I Managed To Overcome This Situation: Just remove it XD

i don't see why you say he does no F1's when i clearly see him doing them and even when i ask in admin chat when they build up he always helps me out he is a good guy so i don't know what your on about?

How I Did It Wrong: Peoples feedback doesn't matter. A good staff member shouldn't base his view on himself from the people who he is punishing
What I Could Of Done To Achieve A Better Outcome: delete it
