So I was just AFK mining ruby for gems and realised how bored I was watching my pickaxe go back and forth, so I decided to make a post about how much gems you can expect to earn after how long.

Few things you're gonna need:

- NIAutoclicker.
- Diamond Pickaxe.
- Patience.

I recorded how long it took to mine 1 Ruby with a diamond pickaxe and it was exactly 4.00 seconds, meaning you mine 15 Rubies in 1 minute, 150 rubies in 10 minutes, 900 in 1 hour.

With the easter update coming, gems are going to be yet again, a very useful thing to get hold of, prior to the launch of the update.

With each ruby being worth 80 gems and with the quantity of rubies that are mined in specific time periods being known to myself, I can therefore do some simple maths to show how much gems you should expect to earn after how long afk-mining.

1 Minute - 1200 Gems.
5 Minutes - 6000 Gems.
10 Minutes - 12000 Gems.
30 Minutes - 36000 Gems.
1 Hour - 72000 Gems.

This may have been useful to somebody, like I said, it was just because I was extremely bored, cheers.

**PLEASE NOTE** This is using a diamond pickaxe on rubies with NIAutoclicker, numbers may be inaccurate if you use other things.
