Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario. RDM is Randomly killing someone, Walking up to someone and shoot them in the face.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario. NLR is you cant return to that district until the timer on the top of your screen is gone. (Example) Dying and returning immediately.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario. Metagaming is where you use methods of communication outside of RP (other than ZARP ts) and acting differenty in RP sittuations because of it (including OOC). (Example) Saying "I died by (Person)" then killing that person immediately.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player for RDMing him, the console log shows that player killed player x.
I would handle it by saying, so why did you kill him, he gives me the reason, and lets say the reason was he hit me with his car, I would ask did you do /me hit me again and die? His answer would determine my decision whether to warn him or not.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. I would ask if he had permission from an Administrator, if he said yes, I would ask which admin, if he said no, I would warn him for NLR.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would teleport to him freeze him, tell him I am going to warn him for metagaming, and then warn him as I had said I would.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words). I think I would be a good moderator for the fact I have a decent amount of experience on ZARP. I have liked helping people out ever since I was almost hit by a car at my school. I dont know why, but I do. I know most of the rules, considering I spend at least 10 minutes every time I am on ZARP reading the motd because I ask myself, is this in the motd? I would respond to admin requests as soon as I could. I used to be a rulebreaker in the past, but I have changed, I can assure you. I was banned for a week once because of rulebreaking and I just wanted to stop. I havent gotten any recent warnings because I have been trying to help people trying to not break rules. I am sorry to anyone I made livid in the past while rulebreaking. I think that I can make some people very happy with my administrative skills!
