As you may know I made a suggestion involving Businesses within SSRP, so here we are making our own business to help you guys make money and your own.


About Us

We are here to help you the players to start up your own business and recruit staff to help you make your product to sell.

We can supply Business staff to help you setup your business and get it running for the first time so you can be earning money, we will also discuss how this can earn you and others money when you setup a business with us.

To get in to contact with us about setting up businesses then either add one of the owners/managers on steam or log on to teamspeak and poke one of the owners/managers.


To esquire extra money or resources from this business, then you can contact the owners, who you will say what your business is, how much you have sold, and why you need us, we will then give you a offer, this offer can be a Equity or a Royalty of the company.

What is Equity?
Equity is a percentage of a company, this means, if someone asks for 10% equity, they are asking to purchase 10% of the company you are running.

so for example if you say you want 10 mill for 50% equity, this mean that you think your business is worth 20 mill total.

What is a Royalty?
Royalty is a percentage or a value per sale, for example, we could ask for 10% royalty of a company meaning you pay us 10% of every sale you make
Another method of Royalty is we ask for a percentage of your company for a figure of money, and we may want a royalty until the Capital is payed off.


What is a Capital?
A capital is the money we are paying for X amount of the company or X amount of royalty.

Businesses will be awarded by trust, both participants, Owners of this business and Owners of Business in contact must agree on the deal.

The deals can change at any moment during discussions.

If we do not believe in you, or your business then we may choose to not partner or supply.


Where has all this business stuff come from, well, I've recently been interested in buying shares and enjoy watching a show called "SharkTank" which is all about businesses, I started to enjoy this and play around with demo's involving it, i thought this could be fun within SSRP bringing more ways of making money and more RP things.

Note, this is a little something i want to try out and see if i can make work, This thread in some sense can teach you a little about how businesses can work when comes to shareholding. This thread also will help me learn something i am currently learning, and also gives me a chance to communicate with people.
