Ok so I was heavy guns dealer and got banned from it. I had a shop with guns and other stuff like 57 uranium, a lamborgini blue print, a Defibrilator blue print, gems and Striker 12. I lost all of it cause of a FUCKING ADMIN. WHAT THE FUCK!!! Could I atleast have my stuff back and have an EXPLANATION ?!?!?!

1st of all chill out 2nd your stuff stays just rejoin and become shop owner or gun dealer and its there.

This was resolved in-game, a ban from a job is when you get demoted. Items are also saved in the shop.

As Sally said the items will be saved in you're shop. Just put down you're shop again and everything will be there.
