TOPIC: Annoying sounds how to fix?

Everytime i goto the fountain district on SSRP i always get these annoying sounds and they keep playing until i rejoin the server its reallly annoying and i have no idea how to get rid of them, any ideas?



P.S ignore the music and listen to those annoying screeching sounds..

Do they return after you type "stopsound" in console?
