TOPIC: Confused

So i've just got an VERBAL warning from The Flash moderator because i saw my car moving and i shot at it, it turns out that there was a cop inside and he broke in the car, the flash gave me verbal warning for ''rdm'' because the cop said he was only trying to park my car? this is the 1st time i hear that you cant kill a person that stole your car, and that currently is IN YOUR CAR! could someone explain me am i wrong or? am not complaining or anything am confused, just want the answer, tnx!

and as u can see he didn't want to answer me and i got teleported back

i repeat i just want an answer i dont want to warn/demote anyone or anything similar

As i said am not trying to get anyone warned or demoted or anything, not using any templates, i just need the answer, but ill edit the post now ill add the pictures from chat

All i did was i shot my car cuz i saw someone stealing it, and its considered as ''rdm'' atleast from that mod. i added the pictures now

Dude he doesnt steal your car, troublemaker said i was trying to move the car, you can't kill him.

Ok let me clear this post up real quick, Now take in to consideration that this is just one side of the story and there could of been more factors in lnvolved but for now we will take it as face value.

If someone is in your car you're allowed to kill them your car = your property. There is no I'm just moving it or I was just looking, testing or bringing it back excuse. You're allowed to shoot on site if someone is in your car it is considered stealing and in "RP" and "Semi-Serious" standards that's what it would be counted as.

Side Note: You CAN NOT ask someone to get in your car and then kill them or any other trick to get them in the car so you can kill them that will be counted as RDM and treated as a rule break.
