So basically there are a few small tweaks which will probably make very big differences in the current flow of inflation. The goal is to get rid of money and make it harder to generate great amounts. (Trading does NOT cause inflation; the money is already there. Spinning a wheel 300 times and getting 100 mil of it however is.)
First of all I'd suggest fixing the printer booster upgrades. Right now, there are only a few people who own one. Everyone else borrows the upgrades from the original owners and give it back afterwards, allowing them to double their income without getting rid of any of their money. Make it so that the boost is lost upon trading it back. This will force people into getting their own. People will start making them, removing 100 million from the game everytime they do.
Potential problems; could cause bugs (people who boost their nuclear printer with an actual boost and not the upgrade, then trading to get the upgrade and then trading it back again which COULD, if not properly coded, remove the original boost from their nuclear printer aswell)
Secondly, I'd suggest to stop spinning wheels from making money. Items etc. are fine, but not money. I know that you can only get up to like 2 million at a time, but in the long time it all adds up.
No potential issues.
Then third of all, and people will dislike this, lower the amount of gems one gets from converting ruby's. People have began AFK mining for Halloween months ahead, allowing them to generate 10's of millions of gems. These gems will be used to spin the wheel, adding small amounts of money into the game everytime the wheel is spin.
No potential issues but would most likely piss people off.
Stop with the OP printers already. People may think of them as bad, since they "cost 30 million". However, 30 million is not their true value. Their true value is undetermined, since they are not purchased into the game. People get them from gems (which they get for free), or bank raids (which they get for free). If someone places down a GPP and it gets destroyed after it has made 20 mil, people see it as a loss. However, they did add another 20 mil into the game.
Let me hear your thoughts, but in my opinion these are all relatively easy fixes to atleast slow down the current rate of inflation.
Yours sincerely,
