Give me a place for which you'd like a dupe, an idea of how many props you want it to be, and whether you want it to be focused more on aesthetics or defensive power.

I'd like it to be a good 2 story shop dupe, not built in a random house, just a spawnable dupe, it needs to be really fancy tho

Where you'd like your base to be (screenshot would be helpful): I'd like it to be a shop, 2 floors , add some detail into it and stuff like chairs and stuff like that, it isn't in a specific area , its just pastable in the spawn area, thats all/

Amount of props: till normal user limit

How much you'd be willing to pay: Depending on how good that dupe is, if its top notch you get your 5 mil, not so good then you get around 2-3 mil
Other information: Make sure that it isn't above the normal prop limit { Non-VIP}, also try to add a cafe feeling to the second floor, a balcony and all that stuff would be amazing

I will begin working on the shop dupes now, they should be finished relatively soon. Once the shop dupe is finished, I will begin work on the mine dupe, but you might have to wait until tomorrow.

After multiple attempts at building stuff in singleplayer, something always goes wrong, so I will be closing this service. Sorry for the inconvenience.
