[SSRP] German Allianz - Official Gang Thread 6 years 1 month ago #871612

This thread can be used to locate the application to join the
gang and for discussions about the gang.

German Allianz is owned by two people known as General Wrecking and General Oxy.

We are very strict about who we accept into our gang and who stays in our gang.

We run a three strike system which is very self-explanatory, break those 3 strikes and you're gone from the gang.
There are some exceptions to this rule but these are very rare.
The strike system works on this:
1st strike = warning.
2nd strike = demotion.
3rd strike = kick.
This does not apply if you are Leutnant. If you are Leutnant, you are kicked if you are given a strike.

1.) Do not raid other members or allies of the gang if they own the base.
You may raid if they do not own the base, but you must make an attempt to avoid their printers.

2.) Do not do mugs or hits against other members or allies of the gang.

3.) Do not break server rules while in the gang.

4.) You must be a Drug Dealer or other non-raiding job when basing unless you own the base.

(This does not apply if you are told by a Major or higher that you may be a gangster. Similarly, a Major or higher may order the owner of a base to switch job, in cases of suspicion.)

General:

The Generals are the people who own the gang.
They have the overall power in the gang and all ranks must come to them for demotions of Major+ ranks and alliances with other gangs.

Generalmajor:

Generalmajor is the best achievable rank in the gang and have vast amounts of power.
They can kick, invite, and blacklist people from the gang without asking for permission, and can emergency demote Hauptmänner.
They can fully demote Hauptmänner if they are given permission by an General and can fully demote the Oberleutnant without permission.
They are also the only achievable rank that can accept applications on the gang thread.

Oberst:

Oberst is the second best achievable rank in the gang and have a lot of power.
They can kick, invite, and blacklist people from the gang in extreme situations without asking for permission, and can emergency demote Majors.
They can fully demote the Oberleutnant with permission from a Generalmajor.

Major:

Major is the third best rank achievable in the gang and are the third most trusted,
these guys have a lot of power and are able to kick, invite and blacklist people from the gang, with permission from the Generalmajors.

Hauptmann:

Hauptmann is the rank given to those who have proven themselves to be loyal members of the gang.
They do not have much power, however they have shown they can be trusted.

Oberleutnant:

Oberleutnant is the rank given to those who have proven themselves past the trial.
They still have a lot more to show, but they are more trusted than the Leutnant.

Leutnant:

Leutnant is the beginning rank and is given to all players who first join, it is a fairly easy rank to get out of providing you prove to us you are as good as you say you are and trustworthy. This is a sort of trial rank.

Promotions are given if and when we feel like you deserve one, if you constantly ask for them you will more than likely end up with the rank below you or a kick from the gang.
