General

The Board

Pegasus Corporation is headed by the CEO of Pegasus Corporation. He makes decisions on administrative topics, proposes courses of action and works with staff in order to ensure the best experience possible for customers. He is responsible for maintaining the companies policies and hosting the Board Meetings.

Board Member status is given out to all Investors who have gained the status by buying one or more slots as an investment, as well as to managing directors of the different departments(one slot). Board Members have no executive power but will vote on the course of action the company takes as well as hear out different proposals and plans which will be provided at each board meeting. The Board is limited by the number of departments and investment slots available.

All board members are granted the right to resign their investment and will be paid back their investment within two weeks of their official resignation.

Major changes to departments require a 2/3rd vote to be considered a positive response.

Each week possible candidates for managing positions will be proposed by the CEO and discussed. Any applications which receive over half of the present voters will be accepted.

All board members have the right to veto one decision a month which will deny the proposal or application.

A meeting will be held once every week unless otherwise voted on in the previous meeting.

A vote on the ban of a certain board member with further action following may be proposed by any board member. A 2/3rd vote is required to make the ban happen.

The CEO is not considered a member of the board and may veto any given times, but may not vote on any topic.

The amount of votes each board member is assigned depends on the size of his investment/ acquired slots. 1 Slot means one 1 Vote. Managing Staff Members are assigned 1 Vote by default.

Members may not sell their board membership without first consulting the CEO and acquiring approval.

Staff

All staff of Pegasus Corporation must conduct themselves according to company and server regulations. Any different behavior will result in a termination without compensation. All staff who are part of a board may only be terminated with a positive vote.

Internal Company Regulations

1. Conduct yourself professionally at all times, do not be disrespectful and honor each person's opinion.

2. Be decisive and determined in your actions and assist anyone who might have questions about the Corporation.
Abide by all server rules without exception.

3. Wearing appropriate clothing during your official duty is mandatory. This means a Tuxedo Suits for all staff members and a designer suit for managing directors.

4. Provide as much comfort and information to all customers as possible. Help customers make an educated decision.

5. Assist fellow staff if needed and report all misconduct to higher-ups.

6. Your rank is to be worn in your RP name in brackets at all times.

Pegasus Investments

Pegasus Investment currently has 10 slots, each valued at 1 billion. Every investor will be paid 5% of the companies earnings each month. All earnings will be released at the end of the month. Each slot holds one vote during the board meetings. One may acquire a maximum of 30% of the companies overall slots.

Pegasus Banking

Base interest in taking out a loan with Pegasus Corporation is 1% a day. Every one personal credibility can be determined by a few simple calculations. One may not gamble during the time he or she acquires a loan, or the customer will be required to pay back with full interest during the negotiated time frame. The minimum time for a loan is 1 week and the maximum time is 1 month.

Pegasus Finance

If you have a project proposal and financial plan which could prove to be very profitable Pegasus Corporation will vote on your proposal during the board meetings. Should you want to apply for a Pegasus Finance Package, provide in-depth of your idea, profit calculations as well as a risk assessment. Should we deem your idea to be appropriate you will receive financial backing as you request. The minimum financial backing is 500mil and the maximum financial backing is 2 billion. We will be provided with an equitable interest of 50% according to your financial plan and your execution.

Open Staff Positions

In order to be considered for any staf, ing position hand in a written application on a google document to a VP+ responsible for the department you are interested in joining.

Pegasus Banking - Staff
Required traits: Professional, mature, good in math, good with finances, customer friendly.
Your assignment: Working with customers to assist them in acquiring a loan with Pegasus Bank. Attempting to get more customers for the company.

Pegasus Banking - Supervisor
Required traits: Professional, mature, good in math, good with finances, customer friendly. Previous Experience in Pegasus Bank.
Your assignment: Training and managing Pegasus Banking staff as well as maintaining relations with customers.

Pegasus Finance - Staff
Required traits: Professional, mature, good in math, good with finances, customer friendly.
Your assignment: Working with corporate customers and helping them create a finance plan in order to appropriatley showcase the idea to the board. Presenting your customer's projects to the board and being the middleman between the corporation and the corporate customer.

Pegasus Agent - Staff
Required traits: Ability to disguise oneself on SSRP and good connections in the gambling scene.
Your assignment: Surveiling all Pegasus Bank and Finance Customers for misconduct.
